Pew found 74% of U.S. adults experienced spiritual peace and well-being several times a year or more. AP documented protective mental-health associations from committed worship, Gallup/AP recorded renewed religiosity among young men, and clinical literature reported acceptance, trust, relief and peace from spiritual care. These are genuine completion-adjacent outcomes and were weighed heavily.
